Finishing

Before any casting leaves the facility, it passes through the finishing line. Shot blasting is performed across multiple machines to achieve a clean, consistent surface. Fettling and cleaning remove any remaining gates, risers or surface irregularities. In-house welding, painting and coating are applied to specification - so components arrive at site surface-ready and protected, with no third-party handling required.

Our finishing division is equipped with

• 300 KG Shot Blast Machine Tumble blast machine for cleaning smaller castings - removes sand, scale and oxide layer to achieve a uniform surface finish.
• 500 KG Shot Blast Machine (Sree Sakthi) Higher-capacity shot blast machine for medium to large castings, delivering consistent surface preparation across a range of component sizes.
• 500 KG Shot Blast Machine Additional 500 kg capacity shot blast unit providing throughput flexibility and ensuring no bottleneck in the finishing line.
• Welding Machine In-house welding capability for repair, surface build-up and dimensional correction prior to final inspection and dispatch.
