At Metals of Bahrain's Foundry, we offer comprehensive metal casting solutions, specialising in cast iron, bronze, brass, steel and various grades of ferrous and non-ferrous alloys. Our capabilities allow us to produce custom castings in complex shapes and sizes for various industrial applications.

Our foundry is equipped with

• Induction Furnaces 750 KW induction furnace and a 175 KW / 300 VIP dual Duraline induction furnace - providing high melting rates across ferrous and non-ferrous alloys including cast iron, bronze, brass and steel.
• No-Bake Sand Systems Sand mixer and sand reclamation plant, Sparton 320 moulding unit, Carousel & Sparton system, secondary attrition and shake-out machine, Clansman CC100 Cannon, sand hoopers, pipe lines, and pneumatic conveying pressure vessel - enabling continuous, high-volume no-bake moulding, sand transport and recovery.
• Green Sand Plant Full green sand plant system with moulding pallets and pouring line, sand hooper and filter unit, and mould drying oven - handling a wide range of moulding box sizes for medium and high-volume production.
• Pouring & Handling Bottom pouring ladles (×2), mould manipulators (×2), and a furnace smoking hood with blower - ensuring safe, controlled metal transfer and a clean working environment throughout the pour cycle.
• Marking & Traceability Super Fast Marking Machine for permanent, high-speed identification marking on castings prior to despatch - supporting full traceability through production and inspection records.
• Dust Collection & Cooling Integrated dust collection system and cooling tower maintaining a clean, compliant working environment throughout the foundry and fettling areas.
